Our service level agreement covers the following services:

The service level agreement is not covered when:

  • Interruptions caused by the result of customer's negligence.
  • Customer is using 3rd party domain name servers
Uptime is the amount of time the covered services are available, as measured solely by UptimeHost's internal monitoring systems. Downtime is the amount of time the covered services are unavailable, as measured solely by UptimeHost's internal monitoring systems.

If uptime is less than 100%, an automatic credit will be placed onto your account based on the previous month's service fees according to the table above.
